Shipping Damage & Claims – AI Nightlife Vending (AINLV)

If your AI Nightlife Vending (AINLV) machine arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing christian@podplug.com.

Please include the following in your message:

• Your full name and order number

• Clear photos of the machine and all packaging materials

• A note indicating whether the damage was documented on the carrier’s delivery receipt

How We Handle Transit Damage

Once your claim is reviewed, AINLV may resolve the issue by:

• Offering a partial credit for minor cosmetic damage

• Providing replacement parts at no cost

• Replacing the machine if the damage affects functionality

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
