Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our equipment. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your vending machine or accessory.

✔ Eligible for Return

  • Unused vending machines in original condition

  • Unopened accessories or components

  • Items with no signs of installation or operation

  • Proof of purchase required

❌ Not Eligible

  • Machines that have been stocked, used, or placed into service

  • Customizations, branding wraps, or modified equipment

  • Damage due to improper installation or mishandling

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $500 restocking fee per machine, deducted from the refund amount.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return freight shipping

  • Machines must be palletized and secured to avoid transit damage

  • We recommend using a tracked LTL carrier

Refunds are processed 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges and additional delivery services are non-refundable.

Every AI Nightlife Vending machine comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering core components essential to machine performance.

✔ What’s Covered

  • Motors, sensors, and internal wiring

  • Control boards and internal electronics

  • Software, firmware, and operational logic

  • Payment system hardware (card reader, communication hub)

  • Remote support + replacement parts

  • Manufacturer defects

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Vandalism, theft, tampering, or physical abuse

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken exterior plastics)

  • Damage from improper installation or unauthorized repairs

  • Environmental damage (water, fire, severe weather)

  • Consumable items (keys, lock cylinders, coils, trays)

Warranty Services We Provide

  • Free replacement parts

  • Free remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

  • Free outbound shipping for warranty parts

On-site labor is not included.

Fulfillment Time

All vending machines ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

Transit Time

Most machines arrive in 4–10 business days, depending on location.
Total delivery window is typically 2–3 weeks from purchase.

We work with trusted LTL freight carriers to ensure safe arrival of your machine. Vending machines are shipped palletized, sealed, and protected.

📸 If Your Machine Arrives Damaged

If you notice damage at delivery or during unboxing:

Email support@ainightlifevending.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your name + order number

  • Photos of the damage and packaging

  • Whether the damage was noted on the freight bill

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Providing a discount (minor damage)

  • Sending replacement parts

  • Replacing the machine if it is non-functional

No — choose Liftgate Delivery at checkout for easy curbside unloading.

Q: Can I return a vending machine after opening the crate?

Yes, as long as the machine is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Return must be palletized and shipped by freight.

Q: What if my machine arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Depending on the issue, we will send replacement parts, offer a partial refund, or replace the unit entirely.

Q: Are shipping charges refundable?
